Delivery & returns

Free Shipping for prepaid orders above INR 499/-. COD not available for orders under INR 499/- and over INR 3,999/-. Since all our products are hadncrafted on order, we usually take 2-3 working days to complete the order and ship out. Shipping further takes 3-4 business days for delivery post dispatch. 

Returns within 7 days from delivery for complete refund with no reverse pickup charges. Exchange or Return is not applicable for bundled products and for products with an MRP above INR 5,000/-. Manufacturing warranty remaining the same, Please do read Returns and exchange section for further clarity.

Delays During High-Volume Campaigns

During peak sales, festive seasons, or special promotional campaigns, there may be a delay in dispatching and delivering orders due to a surge in order volume. While we strive to ensure timely fulfillment, such delays can occasionally occur despite our best efforts.

Please note that STRUTT does not offer monetary compensation or refunds for delays caused during high-volume periods. All orders are processed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, and tracking details are shared once dispatch is initiated.
